How can I enroll in Device Care Complete?
You can enroll in Device Care Complete when purchasing your new device online, in-store, or through your My TELUS account within 60 days of the purchase date.
How much time do I have to decide whether to enroll in Device Care Complete?
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to enroll in Device Care Complete. To enroll, you can visit a TELUS store and speak with a team member, dial *611 from your TELUS device, or log in to your My TELUS account. If your device is eligible, you can add Device Care Complete in the device section.
What service fees will I be charged when filing a claim?
When filing a claim, a service fee will apply. To find out your specific replacement or screen repair service fee, visit phoneclaim.com/TELUS. These fees are in addition to your regular monthly payments.
How does coverage under Device Care Complete work?
Device Care Complete is linked to your SIM card and covers any eligible TELUS phone connected to the TELUS network using your SIM. For coverage to apply, your phone must be connected to the TELUS network in Canada at the time of damage or loss.
How can I cancel Device Care Complete?
Device Care Complete customers can cancel their coverage at any time. To do so, you can visit a TELUS store and have a sales representative assist with the cancellation, call TELUS Customer Care, or log into your MyTELUS account and choose “Manage Add-Ons” in the Plans & Devices section. Please note that online cancellation is not available for customers in New Brunswick.
