Step 2: To begin, fill in the following information and click “Submit” once completed.

Step 7: Select Details to review what is included in the New Service Essentials add-on and the $50 Corporate Service, Setup and Support fee and Recycling Fee. Once you have reviewed this section, select “Proceed.”

Step 8: On this screen, you will see the free gift with purchase: when you activate a Google Pixel 10, you receive the AXS 4-in-1 charger (a $139 value) at $0 as part of your order.

Step 9: On this screen, choose your warranty option: either select Device Care Complete for $17/month for extra repair and loss coverage, or choose Decline extended coverage to keep only the standard manufacturer’s warranty, then click “Proceed.”

Step 17: Enter your contact details, then provide the requested ID information so TELUS can complete the required personal credit check to approve your plan and any device financing, then fill in your billing/shipping address, choose a delivery method, type in any additional comments (if any), and click Proceed to continue.

Step 18: On this page, review and accept the terms and conditions, enter your credit card details for the one-time service fees payment, then click Complete Order to finish your TELUS EPP request.

Step 19: On this page, carefully review all your order, billing, shipping, and subscriber details to make sure everything is correct before you accept the terms and click Complete Order.

Step 20: Read the instructions on this screen carefully, complete the employment verification using your work email as outlined, then click Complete Your Order last; once you do, you will receive a confirmation email with your final details.

Step 21: On this page, enter your personal details and professional email, then submit the form so TELUS can send you a unique verification code that you will use to complete your Exclusive Partner Program order..
