I came into the Tom Harris TELUS & Koodo Store at Bow Valley Square to switch my cell service to Telus, and Jacob was fantastic. He handled everything quickly and efficiently, making the process completely hassle free. I left feeling confident that everything was setup correctly and that I had made the right choice.
