Absolutely 1000% awesome i had spent 11hrs on phone, and in other stores, but Austin had everything rectified in under 30min.

Walked into strathmore completely stressed and Austin was gold.

Corporate telus should learn a thing or 5 from him.

Picked up my upgrade phone today. It takes awhile to switch over phones but the people at Tom Harris Telus are always so patient when helping. Austin helped me today, he was very knowledgeable and great at explaining what he was doing and any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable on accessories as well. Would highly recommend going here for your phone needs, have used them for years.
