I had prompt service, the products I needed were in stock and I got set up with the mobile phone I wanted. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you

I dropped into The Telus store as I had dropped my phone and thought I had broke the glass on my screen. It turned out it was the glass cover, Tayler was very pleasant and professional. She replaced the screen cover right after she finished with her customer. Great experience.

After switching from Telus mobility to Koodo there was a problem with my eSIM that suddenly prevented me from being able to receive calls, including the verification I needed to receive support from Koodo. I went into Tom Harris & Koodo Store in Courtenay and within 10 minutes, the super helpful Julianne solved my issue and sent me in my way with my phone and new plan working perfectly. Huge relief!
