I needed a charger for my Samsung phone as i forgot my charger at home. I was away for 8 days and could only charge my phone in my car, not very convenient,  so I went to Telus store in Parksville and bought 1. What a god send now I can charge anywhere while on holiday.

Tristan at Tom Harris Telus & Koodo Store was very helpful and nice to work with. When I discovered my old phone was beginning to die, Tristan found me a good deal on a new replacement, and helped transfer all the old content and apps to the new phone. Nancy was beyond kind and patient. When I arrived, she was busy on the phone with a customer who was really having trouble with phone basics. Nancy was by herself in the store at this time. She was so patient with this woman on the phone, it was incredible. She finally suggested the woman bring her phone in and they do it together. She went out of her way to help me with a difficult screen protector - The ones on my phone were so difficult to come off, she was having such a hard time. She was funny, friendly sweet and very personable. It was complicated and took far longer than normal phones and she didn’t give up until it was perfect. Five big fat stars for Nancy!!!!
