Today my husband, Steve and I had the pleasure of being helped by Ben at Tom Harris in Penticton. Ben is knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Thank you for making our adventure in buying cell phones memorable. We always learn something new. ☺️ Also, thank you to Isabella and Jacob for their kind and helpful service as well. Cheers!

I am thoroughly impressed with Telus. I had the best experience with the sales representative. He was very helpful, professional and he was very knowledgeable. He looked out for my best interests. I highly recommend Carter and the Tom Harris team

Our experience at Tom Harris Telus was great. Carter was fantastic and helped us with our new phones; he answered all our questions plus more! He transferred and set up everything and we walked out the door happy with our new phones. Great selection of accessories too.

Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable. He made our whole experience getting set up on a new plan and phones a great one. So helpful from start to finish.
We would have no problem recommending him and the store for service.

Had a wonderful experience with Jacob today at Tom Harris!! He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with, explained everything really well (for an older lady to understand), and was consistently polite and courteous! Great place to shop!!!👌🤗 Also finished my visit with Ben! He was incredible! Tom Harris Store has the best people to help solve your questions!! Terrific!

I ha
d a good experience at Telus today getting my new phone. Isabelle was lovely. I do think there should be recognition when you enter the store though. Even if they are busy with a customer they should acknowledge that you are there and let you know they will be with you soon.
