I came in to pick up a cord at the Revelstoke Telus ( it is getting increasingly difficult to find love in person brand name help in the Telecom business and my experience today proves just how valuable it is.) Brodie was busy, alone with customers with involved call in issues and rather than have me wait inside and miss a sunny day, he asked if I would like to come back and kept the cable aside. When he was ready, he pulled up my account and found someone else had placed their name on it. He was quick to correct this and it was that extra step and attention to detail preventing fraud that was incredibly reassuring in this age of ID theft . It was reassuring to know a sharp and extra mile employee was looking out for me and not just basking in the glow of a monitor . Thank you Telus and thank you Brodie. Kyran was amazing. We went in with a complicated transfer, and in our grieving, and she held space for us so well. The transfer got done fast with so many insightful questions about our specific needs, and it was handled seamlessly.
