Brittany at the Sidney store gave me exceptional service today- she found the best  service plan and the best deal on a new smart phone to meet my needs. I have been a Telus customer since 1995. Since moving to Sidney, I have always used the Tom Harris Telus Sidney store for all my Telus service plan and cell phone needs. However, today I received superior customer service from Brittany - she took the time to patiently listen to my complex professional phone needs, then she tenaciously found the very best deals available- I walked out of the store with a better, more comprehensive service plan at a lower price and a deal on a new pixel 11 phone.  thank you, Brittany for the personal care that you provided to me; and the care I heard you provide to others, while I was waiting my turn.
