Is it possible to watch Pik TV by streaming on more than 1 device?

You can only use 1 Pik TV Media Box or TELUS TV Digital Box per Pik TV account, or you can stream Pik TV on up to 2 devices at the same time.

Can I use screen mirroring on my device to watch Pik TV?

No, you can’t use the screen mirroring function on Airplay or Chromecast to watch Pik TV.

I want to add channels and change some of my channels - how do I do that?

You can manage your account online, including adding or changing channels, checking your bill, enrolling in rewards and more. Simply visit TELUS.com/myTELUS. You can also check your account by calling 310-MYTV and speaking with a customer service representative.

Will I use up my Internet data allowance watching Pik TV?

You can watch Pik TV live and On Demand on your TELUS home internet connection – that use won’t count towards your data allowance. However, you will use your internet data when you watch third-party apps, such as Netflix. Away from your home Internet, any streaming of Pik TV may also incur data usage charges. What kind of hardware will I need to watch with PikTV?

Major electronics retailers carry compatible devices for PikTV, which includes the TELUS TV Digital Box, Apple TV (HD and 4K), NVIDIA Shield TV, Sony Android TV, or Chromecast with Google TV.

Is it possible to return my hardware and receive a refund?

Yes, if you return your equipment purchased from TELUS within the first 30 days of service. It must be returned to the original point of purchase, and you can receive a full refund.

Will I be able to set up or install Pik TV on my own?

Yes, it’s easy to do on your own, with no need to call a technician for installation. You’ll receive installation instructions with your TELUS TV Digital Box or simply download the Pik TV app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
